What we build

Three surfaces. One system underneath.

A SaaS, its mobile app and its website share users, data, authentication and infrastructure. Most problems show up at the seams between them. We build all three in the same studio, so there is no seam to hand over.

4 in production

SaaS platforms

Internal systems and multi-customer products where the business logic is the product.

  • Multi-tenant data, roles and audit trails
  • Billing, integrations and reporting
  • Built to change as the operation changes
1 in production

Mobile apps

iOS and Android apps that sit on the same backend as the web product, not beside it.

  • One API shared with the web platform
  • Offline states, push and device permissions
  • App Store and Google Play publishing handled
3 in production

Websites

Fast, search-ready sites that connect to the product instead of living in a separate tool.

  • Fast by default, measured on Core Web Vitals
  • Structured for on-page SEO
  • Sign-up and lead flows wired into the product
Shared foundation

What the three have in common, built once and operated by us.

Auth and permissionsOne identity across web, app and admin.
Data and APIsOne source of truth, versioned contracts.
Cloud infrastructureProvisioned as code, operated by us.

How a project runs

A predictable path to production.

Most MVPs reach production in 60 to 90 days. You see a working prototype before you pay for construction, then four phases with a clear handoff between each, and help with validation and launch at the end.

  1. 01 · Prototype

    See it first

A clickable prototype you can put in front of users before paying for construction.

  2. 02 · Build

    Build it properly

Pipeline, tests and a versioned environment from the first day, with AI-assisted engineering.

  3. 03 · Launch

    Put it live

Cloud infrastructure and app store publishing included, with support for validation and launch.

  4. 04 · Operate

    Keep it running

We stay responsible after launch. A product nobody operates is not finished.

Same working day

Your stand-up happens during our working hours.

The team works from Brazil, one to two hours ahead of the US East Coast depending on daylight saving. Almost the entire workday overlaps.

Working hours in Brazil and New York overlap by 8 hours today.

After launch

We stay. You stay free to leave.

We operate what we build

By default, Forge runs the product's cloud infrastructure for you: deploys, monitoring, updates and incidents. You do not need an infrastructure team.

You own what we build

The intellectual property is yours once the project is paid in full. No proprietary layers, no mechanisms that make it hard to move to another team.

Read the anti-lock-in policy

AI speeds us up. People sign off.

AI-assisted engineering shortens the build. Architecture, review and every release still go through someone on the team.

The studio

The people you will actually talk to.

No account managers between you and the work. The people who design, build and operate your product are the ones on the call.

Ways to work together

Two ways to hire us.

Both start with a prototype, priced separately. Most clients go from a fixed-scope build to a retainer after launch. Everything is priced and invoiced in US dollars.

Fixed-scope build

prototype → mvp → launch

A defined scope, timeline and price, agreed after the prototype. Suited to a first version or a new product line.

Monthly retainer

evolution + operations

A standing team for new features, infrastructure and support. Suited to products already in production.
